This may be my favorite song on the CD. Its about struggle with life then fighting back and learning, and failing again and getting back up. Its not about great successes but about getting back up and trying to be better than you were before. I've battled this cycle my whole adult life. It's about looking to a higher power and asking for help when your instincts tell you that is weak. Lyrics came through when I ditched work for a few hours and just stared over Lake Dillon one morning. It started as a piano song and the pianos get a bit buried with all the production of harmonies and acoustic guitars but overall my favorite song on this Cd.
